I want you to get the care you need and deserve.

I'm a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist (CNP) and a crisis mental health Registered Nurse certified with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) and the Canadian Nurse Psychotherapy Association. Drawing upon over 5 years of dedicated experience, I adeptly integrate my medical expertise with my current focus on mental health practice, providing nuanced and effective psychotherapy services tailored to fully meet your needs.

Providing quality mental health care services is my priority. Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Informed Care, I assist people by providing therapy, mediation support, crisis support, coaching, and more. I firmly believe that every action lies a deeper meaning, often rooted in the depths of the subconscious mind. Understanding this interplay allows for profound insights into our behaviors and paves the way for transformative growth.

A Habitual Approach

A Little About Me

Outside of my professional life, I’m a dedicated husband and father, happily married for eight years with two wonderful children. My primary passion is personal fitness, where I engage in kickboxing, weight training, wrestling, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. This focus on physical health is matched by a deep interest in spirituality, both of which are central to maintaining my overall well-being.

In addition to my personal interests, I have a genuine enthusiasm for cars and an entrepreneurial spirit. Having grown up in challenging circumstances, I worked my way up from humble beginnings, which has given me a profound appreciation for hard work and its rewards, as well as a deep sense of gratitude for the progress I've achieved.

Professionally, I’ve been fortunate to gain diverse experience across various settings, including geriatric care, medical inpatient care, and mental health services. These roles have enriched my ability to connect with individuals across all age groups and their families.

As an immigrant to Canada from a young age, and having been raised in Montreal, I’ve always been immersed in a rich tapestry of religious and cultural diversity. This background has endowed me with a deep cultural and religious understanding, which I bring into my practice. Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, mediation, or crisis support, I offer a blend of empathy, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping you navigate your unique journey towards growth and fulfillment.

Embarking on the path of growth requires courage and determination, and as your therapist, I am here to provide unwavering support as you navigate the challenges ahead. Whether it's confronting past traumas, managing overwhelming emotions, breaking free from harmful patterns or concerns that you don’t understand, I am committed to guiding you through these obstacles. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop strategies, explore insights, and cultivate resilience, empowering you to overcome adversity and achieve lasting transformation. Your journey towards healing and growth is not one you have to take alone—I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Your success is my success!

A Spiritual Approach

I honor and respect individuals from all religious and spiritual backgrounds. As a Muslim therapist, I deeply value the role of faith in finding happiness and navigating life's challenges. Whether you follow Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, or any other belief system, your spiritual journey is central to our work together. If you do not have a religious background, rest assured that it will not affect our ability to collaborate effectively.

I believe that religion and spirituality can offer profound support and guidance, helping you cultivate resilience and find meaning, even in difficult times. My approach is inclusive and sensitive to your unique spiritual beliefs and practices. Together, we can explore how your faith or spiritual framework enriches your life and use its wisdom to promote healing and personal growth.

No matter what path you walk, I am here to support you. Let’s work together to harness the strength of your beliefs or values in pursuit of greater well-being and fulfillment.
